Great sun, drilled well, 2 homes - the smaller 1 bdr cabin presently being used by the owner for summer living and the other one with new metal roof and surrounding deck, has had the interior stripped and ready for new finishing. The living room has a beautiful old river rock fireplace and great views out towards Saltspring on one side and Chemainus/Willy Island on the other. Previous owners had fantastic gardens, an oyster shucking station at the waters edge and the two cabins, the main house and next door for guests. If you kayak this would be heaven, arrive at the island any tide or weather and spend your time exploring the neighbouring islands. Apparently you can even walk to it at low tide!
